    Kate is a therapist and a co-founder of Holistic Journey - a space for deep, integrative healing of the mind, heart, and soul.

    Her approach blends psychology with spirituality, focusing on inner child work, relationships, and emotional reconnection. She supports clients in unraveling old patterns, softening inner defenses, and creating safety within themselves.

    With warmth and grounded presence, Kate offers a space not to fix, but to remember who you truly are.

    Daria is the co-founder of Holistic Journey and a practitioner who integrates Buddhist-informed mindfulness, Western psychology, and nervous system work to support emotional and relational healing.

    Her approach is gentle, clear, and deeply attuned, creating space for clients to explore patterns, release tension, and reconnect with themselves in a grounded and compassionate presence, Daria supports meaningful, lasting transformation.

    Her work is thoughtful, integrative, and rooted in both modern science and timeless wisdom.

    Meet Matilda

    Matilda is a Limited Permit Psychologist who honors the layered, sacred complexity of each person she works with.

    Her approach is rooted in compassion and curiosity, inviting clients into a collaborative, healing space where all parts are welcomed. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic exercises, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Matilda blends trauma-informed, relational, and mindfulness-based practices. She supports those navigating anxiety, trauma, identity shifts, blended families, and life’s unexpected turns.

    With an intuitive and grounded presence, Matilda guides clients toward deeper self-connection, inner balance, and a more integrated sense of being.

    Yogesh Lal, MFT-LP, is a compassionate therapist, mentor, and advocate, specializing in growth development and relationship transformation.     His work draws on a combination of therapeutic modalities that honor the complexity of human experience, with a strong emphasis on empowerment and healing.
